Tuesday, May 7th.

Please make sure your students have filled out the appropriate forms. If their film is chosen for the screening, they cannot participate if they have not filled out the appropriate forms:

Parent/Guardian Consent Form

Adult Supervisor Form

Student Consent Form (Only if student is 18+)

Forms can be found on the "Forms" dropdown under "Festival" on this site.
